My mum had kidney surgery and it failed massively ending up in my mum dying . Not a good experience at all
I had advanced kidney cancer diagnosed in September 2020 - had the great good fortune that mr myatt took on my case - he is and will always be my hero!
He removed the tumour and the kidney and his care means I am still here two years on despite a relapse to the cancer returning to the hepatic vein. Thank goodness for immunotherapy! 16 cycles later I have now had the good fortune of 3 clear scans - long may it continue!!
Thank you mr Myatt for believing in me and taking on my case at Castle hill hospital. You are truly a wonderful man.
After being booked in for a TURP which was cancelled due to surgeon being ill, I was offered a cancellation a week later with Dr.Myatt. Before the operation he offered me a Millens Prostectomy as he said the Prostate was too enlarged for TURP to work. I accepted the offer and after being looked after by wonderful nurses went home after 5 days. The stitched wound was was exceptionally well done and after 4 weeks is healing very well indeed. The operation was a complete success and after many years of retention and acute retention now have complete freedom back again. I can only say thankyou very much and offer my full support for for his excellent surgical skills.
Had a cancer removed from my kidney on October 29th 2019
Thank god I had mr myatt started as keyhole ended up with a 2 ft cut on my side due to a complication if it wasnt for my myatt knowledge and super ability things could have gone really bad !
Himself and his staff always had a good laugh on their rounds great guy
Thank you
Everybody thinks they have the best Doctor, if you are lucky enough to get Mr Myatt you have one of the best! 5 weeks ago I was diagnosed with Kidney cancer a week later I saw Mr Myatt within 3 weeks he had performed a partial nephrectomy at Castle Hill, Hull. I am so lucky to have moved a year ago to this area, as I received the best care from Mr Myatt and every member of his team.
I was out of hospital the next day, one week on now from the operation and almost back to normal.
Mr Myatt told me I would recover quickly, I genuinely thought he was just trying to soften the pain.
